Lizzie's let it go

During a particularly frustratingly boring on Olympus, Lizzie was sitting in her throne, tapping the tips of her claws on the armrest of her throne. Her frustration at Ares's and Athena's constant bickering kept growing before she snapped.

"ENOUGH!!!" Lizzie shrieked as she suddenly stood up from her throne.

"Elizabeth?" Poseidon asked her as she started walking out.

"Sit back down, Elizabeth. The meeting is not yet over," Zeus ordered the pissed goddess as her hands charged up with energy.

"I said ENOUGH!!" Lizzie yelled as she turned around and a surge of power shot from her hand as she turned.

The gods and goddesses let out shocked gasps as extremely sharp metallic spikes grew from where the blast landed. Lizzie looked at her hands in shock then to Zeus as he reached for his bolt. Lizzie turned and fled the main palace, her white satin cape rippling behind her.

"Mom!!" Alice yelled as she ran after her mother.

Lizzie ran to the edge of the floating mountain top before she stopped dead. She turned at the sound of her daughter's voice and slowly walked backward toward the very edge of the mountain. Lizzie looked over her shoulder past the edge of the mountain as a portal opened up. She turned to face the portal before jumping in. The portal snapped closed behind Lizzie as Alice reached the spot where her mother was.

"Mom," Alice whispered as Poseidon put his hands on her shoulders and the plants on the mountain started growing Shippo or of control that no good or goddess could make it stop.

Meanwhile, Lizzie, herself, was walking through an empty field of another realm. Glowing planets were able to be seen in the light of the dying day.

My realms glow bright on my kingdom tonight, but I’m nowhere to be seen

Lizzie looked around her as the realization that she was utterly alone in her dimension hit.

It’s planar isolation, and it looks like I’m the queen

She looked up and was sad to know that she would be the only one to ever see the beauty of this creation of hers. She cursed at herself internally for doing what she did at the meeting.

My realms are glowing unappreciated now
Couldn’t keep it in, gods know I tried

Lizzie always had to keep her true self hidden from everyone. She always had to keep herself in check.

Don’t let them in, don’t let them see
Be the goddess you always have to be

Lizzie looked at her clenched hands as she slowly began to realized that she didn't have to hide any more.

Conceal, don't feel, don't them know
Well now they know

Lizzie turned a full circle in joy as she fully realized she was free. She watched as small swirls of energy spiraled up out of her hands.

In a flurry of action Lizzie began using her great power to transform the flat grassy landscape of the realm she was in. She reached to where her cape was attached at her shoulders and released it before it flew away in the wind.

I don't care what they're going to say

Energy never bothered me anyway

Lizzie turned backwards to face the place where she first came into the realm. She smiled brightly before turning and running deep into the lush forest that grew around her.

It's funny how some distance makes everything seem small
And the gods that once controlled me can't get to me at all

Lizzie stopped as she came to a huge ravine where the far side was much higher than the side she was on. She used her powers to create a staircase of flickering fire. She walked up to the staircase and looked hesitantly at it.

I'll get them back I'll get them soon
You can call me the Eternal Queen

Lizzie placed her foot on the bottom stair and the flames around her foot vanished and left behind solid emerald.

I'm free

More stairs appeared as green flames and turned into solid emerald as Lizzie ran across them. With a slight burst of power, Lizzie finished her staircase once she reached the other side of the ravine.

With a surge of happiness, Lizzie ran forward a bi, picked up the skirt of her floor length toga, and slammed her foot on the ground. When she did that, her symbol of power shot out from where her foot was. She turned slowly in a circle as she looked around.

Here I stand and here I'll stay
Let Chaos rage on

With a huge amount of energy, Lizzie quickly began building her castle. She moved around a grand ballroom as if she were dancing and castle formed as she danced.

My power flows into the chaos of soul
I'm starting to feel like the villain in a hero's glow

Lizzie sent a blast of energy up at the point where the sides of the palace roof met and a chandelier of emerald and green fire started forming.

My power covers over, everybody screams

Lizzie knew she wouldn't return as she took her crown of golden laurels off her head and flung it out of her sight

I'm never going back
The future's all I have

Thoughts of how the Council tried to keep her power chained flooded Lizzie's mind. She looked back on the memories with

Lizzie ripped the single pin out of her hair that held her messy curls in place. She swept her curls behind her shoulder and she used her power to transform her long formal toga into a short sexy one. She also used her power to create a thin see-through cape that was attached just under her arms.

Lizzie walked out a set of doors to a balcony over looking a wide expanse of the massive forest as she watched the moon rise.

Here I stand
No more light of day

Lizzie turned and walked back inside as the doors swung themselves closed behind her as the castle started glittering slightly in the moonlight.
